LETS ALL BE PALS! Be apart of a NEUROSPICY community who supports, hypes and gives each other that bloody good pat on the back when we need it!

While also having a great time drawing, craft, crocheting, moulding or whatever your creative heart desires!
BYO whatever creative goodies you'd like to work on and whatever you need to nest with.

Once you grab your spot for the session you will be sent a zoom link to your email.
When the time comes for the session to start press on the zoom link.
REMINDER:
when you’re about to jump into the session make sure you have all you need to get your task/tasks done and also anything you need to nest with (fidget or sensory doodads, water, ect). -
Group body doubling sessions go for 1 hour.
5 mins
The first 5 mins will be us saying our “Hello’s” (if you want to of course), then announcing what our task is either in the chat or out loud to the group.
Then proceed to turn off your mic.
For example: “my name is Abigail and I really need to finish the dishes and put on a load of washing”
or
“I’m here to answer my emails and get some work done”
50 mins
The next 50 mins we are trying our best to get the tasks done.
5 mins
The last 5 mins we turn on our mics and say or type in the chat how we did (no matter how big or small our “achievements” are).
Encouragement and hype for each other is super encouraged as we all know how amazing each other are for just showing up!
We then hop off our zoom session and go about our day feeling absolutely incredible because YOU FREAKING DID IT! -
